How you ask? 

Hi, my name is Christian Volpi – Head builder / owner of Sir Fixer Upper.  Renovating your home is more than a service – it’s a privilege.  I aim to make your experience as smooth as possible for you and your family.

On average, I run 1-2 projects at any one time. This means that you and your project receive my utmost focus and attention to detail that you deserve. I pride myself on running my small local building business that strives to deliver quality work, transparent communication and cleanliness throughout my projects. 

I’ve worked with clients from most walks of life and also dealt with all trades on projects for my family and I. When I say I know what your concerns are with many tradespeople, I do!

Pricing 

All contract pricing is fixed as per contract agreement. Unless otherwise instructed eg: cost plus agreements – variations and additions and unforeseen works.

You can have peace of mind knowing what you are going to pay with no sneaky surprises.

Time 

As a father with a young family, it’s in my best interests to be on time most of the time. With the exception of unforeseen circumstances.

This way I can spend my spare time with my family.

Communication

Is key to anything going to plan and even better running smoothly. I will keep you up to date with your project’s progress and planning. Even when the conversation may be tough, I will deliver my communication with integrity and honesty.

Clean & tidy

Day to day I make sure I leave my project sites in a clean state, so you the client has only good things to say about me the builder keeping their home/property in order.

It’s a non negotiable. Business longevity in a regional hub like Albury Wodonga is not workable unless your delivering quality constantly.
